Creativity, curiosity and empathy.

These qualities are key to who I am and what I do.

These qualities make me a collaborative and strategic insights professional and designer with a passion for understanding human behaviour. A skilled designer, with first-hand experience delivering qualitative & quantitative research, and a background routed in data-driven operations management.

At the forefront of the Sainsbury’s Customer Closeness initiative, my role involves transforming complex data from multiple sources into strategic insights that resonate with internal stakeholders and enhances our customer experience. Using story-telling to bring the voice of the customer into everyday business decisions, including pioneering the Customer Closeness podcast, a novel approach to sharing customer perspectives and the behavioural science at play. I later shared my expertise at the MRS Story-telling 2022 Conference.

At ImpactSense, I worked end-to-end on research projects, understanding clients needs and applying rigorous research practices to diverse subjects; delivering actionable insight across brand, market, consumer research, and product design to international clients.

At Uber, I spent five years developing the service design, first as a leader within the community operations team and then in courier operations at Uber Eats. Employing agile project management, data driven decision-making and qualitative research to improve the sign-up experience and regulate courier supply for the UK & Ireland.

I bring these qualities to my freelance creative brand design and to my art exhibitions that delve into the psychology of memory. They are the reason I volunteered for the community art project ArtHole, and why I continue to curate music as a DJ, playing across East London.
